Honey Straight from the Roof

Our lobby can get as busy as a beehive, especially during guest arrivals and departures. But things get truly industrious up on our roof. That’s where the hives housing our bees are located. They produce around 70 kilograms of honey a year—which you can also find at our breakfast buffet.

Honey for Home

Our industrious bees produce honey not just for our breakfast buffet, but for you to enjoy at home, too! You can purchase jars of honey at our reception desk—bringing a delicious little taste of Koblenz to your own breakfast table.
You can also buy a fluffy, cuddly bee plushie at reception. Don’t worry—it’s completely sting-free.

Preserving a balanced environment is close to our hearts—especially protecting the creatures that pollinate our plants, enabling us to continue growing vegetables, grains, fruit, and much more. "Urban Beekeeping" plays a part in preserving biodiversity and ensuring the survival of our bee populations.
